Cutting weight sucks ***RANT***

Re: Cutting weight sucks ***RANT***
My diet consists of Del Taco, hot pockets, chimichangas, chili cheese fries, Dairy Queen blizzards, and some other random ----. My weight doesn't move. I can eat everything I see and not gain any weight. I think the most I ever weighed was close to 190, but I was working out 5 days a week and eating 1lb. steaks and 1/2 gallons of ice cream for dinner every night.

I feel your pain man. I lost 10 lbs in 3 days twice my senior year in high school. I did it the natural way though, lots of hard practice with 3 layers of sweat pants. I never used laxatives, a plastic suit, or puked. I did eat, but not very much. It is true though about the weigh-ins. I used to not eat much all day, weigh in, and then chow down before the matches started. Creamsavers used to get me through those days when I couldn't eat during the day. I did really well my senior year, but towards the end of the season, I just had no energy left. I actually lost to 2 kids in regionals that I had beat during the regular season. Oh well. I miss wrestling a lot, but not the cutting weight part. Definitely the hardest sport I have ever done. Well worth it though. Good luck with everything. later,
