JDM H22 Vtec has 220 HP stock. I remember because I was thinking of putting one in my CRX at one point, then realized how stupid it would be for everyday use.

A guy on another board I frequent has a 2.3 in an eg he built for a track car and the weight is not as far off as youd think, you just need to take extra care of suspension, corner weighting helps.

chp on any stock h22 on the planet does not come close to 200.
usdm versions topped out at factory rated chp of 200 fairly sure jdm version of same motor was 210.
