Don't keep anything valuable in the car AND don't leave anything in the car @ all. I know its hard for a lot of you packrats but if someone can walk up to you car and instantly see that theres nothing in there at all + no face plate, there a much better chance they'll move on. If you have cd wallets, dvds, change, backpacks, ect. that will defenitly catch someones attention.

you think backpacks too? since school got out i've been to lazy to bring my oil-stained backpack into the house. it's just chillin behind my driver seat on the floor.. so you cant really even see it. plus I still have my school parking pass in the window (school pride y0)

I find it stupid that they didn't take the ipod. Over here in socal there have been a couple incidents where people KILLED someone just to jack their iPod. All they stole was the iPod, well they also stole the poor guys life. Did I mention this happened more than once.

Oh and see if your job can do something about the check. If those guys know as little as I do, they can do a lotta damage with that check.

yeah there was an incident like that up here where some kid was shot over an ipod. i mean thats the thing that surprised me the most was seeing that still there. I am never leaving anything valujable in that car again and luckily i have my old cd player as a replacement
