Damn, looks almost identical to my $500 Garrett .57 trim .60 .63. Looks to be a bad *** turbo, good luck with it should make some good power if setup correctly.

Jeff, yeah teg is still getting boosted.. and i'm still waiting for u to sell your car the Hatch will still be waiting when u do..
the turbine housing is like a .83 a/r ... i'm working out a deal with Evergreen turbo.. he's gonna build me a custom turbo for my setup in exchange for this K27

well, i have a feeling this turbo is worth a bit, cuz he told me normally he doesnt do straight across trades.. he usually only gives core value for turbos...

i look at it this way...
its probably worth a bit, BUT.. finding the right buyer WITH money and getting the price out of it that its worth is alot more difficult.. its not like it is a highly desired turbo by us HMT guys... its quite a bit bigger than most of the import guys want (turbine side) and i know theres alot better choices out there for compressor side..
so even though i might be giving it away per say.. i'm getting a custom built turbo in return for it.. i've spent a bit of time on the phone with Charlie at Evergreen Turbo and we've come up with a turbo that will suit my wants and needs and my driving style.
he's going to be fitting a T04 S trim compressor wheel in a T3 compressor housing.. this turbo should get me 300 whp (which is my goal)
i'm not looking for huge WHP numbers.. i'm wanting something streetable, reliable, and plain fun to drive, with very quick throttle response. i may autoX the car.. might put it on the drag strip just to get some numbers.. but i'm not really wanting to have it as a drag car.. its just my daily driver.
