came across a KKK K28 11RS turbo... (which really is a custom K27)
 

just wondering if anyone has any info on this turbo.. i'll see if i can post pics in the next few days..
i've been searching the internet.. but finding much of anything on the k28 has been hard..

heh, i paid alot more than that for it.
(well traded, but value for value.. i paid alot more than 100) its brand new.. just been sitting in a guys garage for a while so it was tad rusty on turbine housing..

Charlie from Evergreen Turbo in FL told me the KKK 3LDZ flows 450 cfm.. and spools at 3700.. (its older technology) the K28 spools at 3600 and flows 600 cfm

i have both the 3LDZ and now the K28 LOL

Well after talking with Charlie from Evergreen Turbo in FL.. i've learned its actually a K27 turbo with a Garrett compressor wheel custom ground to fit in the KKK k27 compressor housing. i pulled it apart today and emailed him the measurements on the compressor wheel.. he'll tell me what exactly i have :)

either way its WAY too big for what i want to do..
