I just use the cheep Autozone ones now. work fine, dont dust and last a hell of a lot longer.
I agree with kevin on the cross drilled-slotted issue. On my car and my driving style, I need them, the stock brakes on the WRX are very weak, the rotors heat up and burn quick. Again I do take the car to 3 digits sometimes so that might be why, but on a mildly modded car, like a civic, you don't really need them. I would rather have them with good pads, in case I need them, and replace the pads sooner.

i have brembo cross drilled rotors with raybestos pads and they stop like whoa, i just got them on a week ago though so i'll have to see how they hold up over time. so far they make very little dust though.

Thats an f1 break rotor.. right there.. its not metal.. it has no form of gas disapation holes or slots. and we can all agree that f1 technology is by far the most advanced in motor-sports. Kain is not wrong, you guys are.. slots or hole just decrease surface area.. if you want gas to disapate quickly.. get stronger calipers.

I have to replace mine anyways, they are warped, but I might just get brembo rotors, and new pads. I've also heard about axxis pads on WRX's, being good.

no.. im just saying in regaurd to his statement about RACE cars slotted.. drilled.. what ever are not the best.. daily use is another story.. daily use your better off with a cheapo set not ment to handled 100-0 breaking. oh and its compressed carbon or something.
