Been looking for a few months, sat down with the realtor tonight and wrote up the contract/offer. 10 minutes outside of town

Style: 2 story
Year built: 1997
Bedrooms: 4
Baths: 2 full 2 half
Lot size: 1.13 acres
Sq Feet: 2500 (upper and main, 3750ish counting the basement)
Asking price: $175,000 (take that all you people that live in high priced areas)
Our offer tonight: $160,000 (double take that)

Good god that looks monsterous. I hate to see the heating bill for that beast come wintertime. Besides that, the house looks sweet. You really need a house that big?

10 minutes outside of fargo, ND. But it's actually closer to work then he house I'm currently in.

Utilities 12 month average is $170/mo with 4 people living there. It should be slightly less with just my wife and I. The house we are in now was built in 1956 and our 12 month average is 180.

No, I don't need a house that big. I'm just a greedy bastard. It takes me 20 minutes of wandering around in the morning trying to find my hat in the house we are currently in and it's only 800 sq ft. I'm going to have to get up an hour and a half earlier from now on.

you sound like myself, me and my woman have been looking and we placed a bid on a 3br/2bath its dope as hell has awesome garage for our hondass

nice place especially for that price..

small overhang yes, pella windows, and yes steel siding, steel roof.

very efficient actually, i will enjoy it.
