Maybe you should let him ---- you in the *** now that he's out on bail. I bet the judge, the jury, and the rest of the world would like to know how you know he's already innocent. You fucken screwball. I would have banned you the hour before you registered.

I didnt read the entire thread, read the first part and let me tell you this.
I am in charge of every Marine in my squardons security clearance, (264 to be exact) what they do, why they need it, and so on. There has only really been one person brought to national attention to ever really go against the military security system just to ---- the system up. He stole a ---- load of information, sold it, then turned himself long after the info was already distributed. He was a top notch navy guy, got meritisouly promoted twice, he was decorated very well, lots of accomplishments while all running this underground operation.
While in Jail the ****** wrote a book about how he did it and how fucked the system is. bacially he owned everyone. (this is not the same guy in the link above)
So the reason this guy is in jail is completly obvious to me. Hes a threat, im 99% sure there is some reason behind it all that isnt being said. National security, especially at a military level is nothing to ---- with anymore.

And the theory that the remainder of the bullet struck Jame Tague by the Underpass won't fly, IMO -- because the bullet that chipped the curb obviously had plenty of energy left in it to do the curb damage and pepper Tague with either lead fragments or concrete.
