the reason I'm in this mess is because i've been charged with No ins.,leaving the scene, going through a red light x2, fail to surrender valid ins. slip x2 and i think thats it.

So driving without legit plates is out of the question lol
every once in awhile i take it out for a spin but no where far

so thats like 763 dollars a month us. i would keep your 89 and just wait the 3 years of your violation out. unless you can find some realy high paying job. or move to the us and deny that you had any traffic violations in canada. :P
