89 or 94

Ok so i have a dilema. I own an 89 Si hatch, but i'm not driving it right now cause my insurance is $1000/month.
Its lowered, exhaust, SOHC ZC, yada yada yada. I'm waiting for my turbo(slowhatch check your email :P )
But I found a 94 CX hatch for $1000 its in good shape other then the pass. side being side swipped. But it is bone stock and has only had 1 owner. The problem is which one do i keep. I would like to keep the 94 and put my ZC in it and turbo it. But i can't decide. I like the looks of both styles. So if someone offers me around $800 you can have the 89 si. But on the other hand i would like to fix the body on the 94 and make some money off it. any ideas would be great!!!!

YOUR INSURANCE IS $1000 A MONTH! :o

i would keep the hatch you have...a 94 will be a little more expensive.

Maybe, but the 89 is an Si and the 94 is a CX so they might actually give him a discount.

I like EG's, but body damage sucks. How bad is it?

thats what i was thinkin that since its a CX it'll be either cheaper or the same cause its also newer.
As for body damage, if you put a new fender and door and buy the OEM? replacement 1/4 panel skin and just weld it on(cut out the old ----) and paint it cause its red and i think red is gay. I would probably go gunmetal or camo :P
my insurance doesn't drop till aug '05

Yeah i'll probably do it tomorrow. because since i can't really afford to drive this year, i'll have all winter to work on the car(whichever i keep) so then come spring it'll be pimpin right?

The cx is the lightest and slowest civic. Your insurance will go down, and you'll have whatever motor in it you want anyway.

Plus, 92-95 are classics. :-\

Easy, dont drive. That would suck. If it were a hatchback, i would get the 94 style, as long as the body work doesnt scare you. But i have seen some nice ass 4th gens....
