Yes, I'm building up a D15, I'm not worried about what people think, but the numbers don't lie. The D15 has better rod-length ratio and bore-stroke ratios than the D16, resulting in less mechanical stress on the rods. I'm boosting it, at around 9:1 compression, and eventually about 15 psi. I'm having trouble finding reasonably priced rods, everyone has D16 rods, but D15 rods are tough to get.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

are you looking for stock or aftermarket because i have a set of stock ones and you could get them shotpeened its getto but increases rod strangth

 

I want aftermarket, but if you wanna sell me the stock ones cheap, I'll look into getting them shotpeened...
