you said your looking for a starter. sorry but my block is not for sale, thats why its in my room, that and i have no garage . the starter is here if you want.i have d15 block thats been sitting outside for about 6months payshipping and its yours oh i took out the internals b4 i put it outside the crank,rods, and pistons are clean,if it matters.
