I have a t3/T04E 70A/R comp .48 AR exh stage II from blast brand new (rebuilt) that I'm selling with a ready to go HF mani and someother stuff for $420.00 The turbo alone should have been over $500. Send me a PM. Price does not include shipping. Depending on what all of the rest of the stuff you want, it could go down some. Blast said this turbo should spool by 3500-4000 RPM and be good for 300-350HP. 400+ with a 63 ARexh. LEt me know.
