2Slow, do you have a Mazdaspeed Miata, or are you looking to turbo your stock naturally aspirated Miata? There are no direct-fit replacement upgrade turbo's for the Mazdaspeed. You can have your factory turbo upgraded with a larger compressor wheel, but Mazda (in it's typically awesome wisdom) used a proprietary flange (unlike the standard 5-bolt T25 in the MSProtege) and you're not going to be able to buy anything here that will drop in as an upgrade.
If you're not looking to exceed the limits of the stock block (rods are the weak link), then a medium sized T25 (up to a GT2560) will be fine. The midrange torque of a GT2860 can be trouble for your rods in the upper limits of that turbo. A DSM T25 will get you into the very low 200whp range with a good manifold, 3" exhaust, and a capable ECU. However, the DSM T25 uses a proprietary flange as well, and nobody makes a Miata manfiold to fit it... you're looking at a custom manifold. There are quite a few production standard 5-bolt T25 manifolds that fit however.
