A small piece of plastic is broken off the hinge but doesn't affect operation at all. Battery life it great, I only charged it every other day.

I have one that's kinda beat up and the battery doesn't last for ----. You can text for 3 days without charging it, but a 15 minute phone call will kill the battery lol. $10 shipped if you're desperate for a phone. It's a Sanyo SCP-5500(S). I'll even leave all the videos of naked sluts making out with each other and ---- on it. :6
