WTB: Mandrel Bends...
 

need a couple 1.75" mandrel bends, 180* and a couple 2.5"

i sent an email to TunerToys but the auto reply email says they are out until Jan 1 due to snowboarding ;D

but i need the stuff by friday and would like to use something better than the thin walled bends from summit and jegs.l

anyone got any ideas?

hit up ebay and there's a guy on there that sells mandrels pretty cheap.

i got what you need homie...

2.5in 180 mandrels = 15 each

I cant get 1.75, only 1.5 and 2 those U bends are 13 each.

all my ---- is 16gauge... thick ----... that aint galvanized...

shipping will be 8.50

i gotta have the 1.75" too :-[ 1.5 is just a lil to small.

and i am trying to save on shipping by going with the same person/company

im at work right now and cant check ebay.

i dont want to use the thin ---- from jegs or summit racing, but if i have to i will :-\

i already used them once and my crossover and dowpipe cracked pretty quickly. even with the turbo on a brace, the xover still bent and cracked from the heat.


anyone make custom collectors???? 3x1 5/8" into a 1.75" outlet? i need 2 of them.

are you doing charge piping???? if so for what car... cause i have some for a 92-95 civic, with a CCA intercooler and DSM BOV.... thats just sitting here in the garage.

nope, its for my monte carlo with the 3400 v6

its for the exhaust crossover to mate the front and rear into the turbo and then for the downpipe.

the charge pipes are done, i just have to redo the exhaust side of things
