Well that blows considering the engine was disassembled to check the sizes on everything. GSR pistons are the same size and use the same size wrist pin?

GSR, LS, CTR, ITR and B16 they all fit ls block with ls rods just fine, I use ctr pistons on my Ls block with stock ls rod it fits perfect.

I think you need to continue shopping. you need a new turbo manifold first. check here www.tunertoys.com

look into craytex if you want to polish your port job. worth the time itll take

Im not interested in polishing. Its gonna be a hog job for max flow. Thanks for the suggestions guys

still, you need to smooth out the surface turbulence regardless. what good is massive ports if they choke flow?

Are you talking intake or exhaust? I have been taught that 120 grit finish is sufficient on the intake side. A polished finish on the intake side will hinder fuel atomization due to being to smooth. How ever polished exhaust ports are good for flow.

i assumed you meant exhaust side

U dont need to port the LS head u need cams and valve springs

Im going to be using cower turbo cams and kms valve train
