I have a t3 holset hx35 that was recently rebuilt, only about 1k on it since the rebuild, it has the 7 blade compressor, no shaft play, black compressor cover, stock 12cm t3 divided exhaust with the 5 bolt exhaust out let, still has internal gate set at 20 psi, never had a problem with spiking or it not holding boost at certain level, oh and the gate is adjustable.
