I am looking for a t3/t4 garrett turbo. Needs to be either rebuilt, new, or very lightly used. .60 compressor / .60 turbine. internal or ext WG.... External preferred

I am also looking for an external WG....it would be nice if it had around a 10psi spring
BOV of some type, dsm would be nice.
