WTB: exhaust cut out
 
im looking for a exhaust cut out. i got one from ebay bit it has a 1 3/4" dump oultet. im running a turbo d16y8 and my downpipe is 2.5" ide like to keep the flow rate open and the same.

im looking for a cut out thats 2.5" inlet and outlet
the dump side can be 3"

manuel or electric.

weld a pipe on the exhaust ofter cutting it out, drill holes through 2 flanges(around out side, drill large holes through 2. bolt together and = shhhhhhhhhh
un bolt = open DP

in kinda looking for a pre made y pipe that i can weld in and open manually or a electronic valve.

Get a throttle body. Then research.

Try Googling it with SE-R. I remember seeing it there with one guy doing that. Cheaper than the iron one you posted, better sealing, and no electric motor to fail.




Just remove the idling screw.
