My idiot friend somehow managed to throw a rod in his unmodded y8 this weekend and he needs another d16 shortblock to fix his car. He'll want to buy something quick and possibly something local in texas but just let us know what you have.

I'm also looking for an 88-91 si transmission for my own car. Condition must be good and you must provide the number off the casting.

I have a Y8 bottom end. #4 piston has a whole in it tho. Suprisingly, the cyclinder walls are not damaged. If your friend wants it, let me know. I'll trade it with a Z6 distributor plus a little bit of cash and shipping. Thanks.
