WTB: cheap set of wheels and/or tires
 

im looking for an inexpensive set of wheels and/or tires for my civic. bolt pattern 4x100, approx. 40+ offset. wheels need to be 6 inches or wider. i dont really care what they look like as long as they dont = rice.

what do you consider cheap? i guess i mean, what kind of price range are you looking for? and where are you located, as shipping could jump the $ up.
