Yep.

These guys are aparently hard to find cause i can't dig one up.

I'm just looking for a 90* bend in 3 or 4 ply silicone...blue if i can.

If anyone knows where I can get one it would be really appreciated

Deffinitly go to your local hardware store cuz it wouldn't be worth it to buy it online.
