whats the differance? its robbery to sell a stock P05 for 82bucks...and stupid to pay that much...

vizual_blur 12-31-2005 05:32 PM

Re: Wanted honda ecu's

Well im sure hes chipping them all and selling for a profit so wtf is the difference then? If home boy wants to pay 82 bux and make 50 off it so be it, its his business.

Re: Wanted honda ecu's

Also I think I have a p09 somewhere around here obd1 manual. Care for any of those?

It is kids like that, that ruin it for others. $82 is more than a salvage yard wants. Everyone in my area is $75, and a couple $50. Times will never be hard enough to drop $82 on an ECU.

Re: Wanted honda ecu's

But what im sayin is that he's obviously making a nice profit, and yea i understand hes jacking up the prices that others have to pay as well, but so be it, nothing we can do. Some crazy kid here in Havelock actually told me he wanted 150 bux for a p05.... I told him to marry it if he thought it was worth 150 lol.

are you suggesting that your marriage standards are anything worth $150, you should find yourself a really nice girl. ;)

Re: Wanted honda ecu's

No Im saying he obvously loves his ecu if he wants 150 bux for it, anyone with that much love may as well marry it.

Re: Wanted honda ecu's

if i buy a po5 ecu for say $50. it cost me another 50 in parts to convert to v-tec, and chip it, takes about a hour or so.. so if i sell it for $150 i make $50 WOW huge profit. thats only if i bought ecu for $50. why should any body do it for any less, people who dont know how to do it, or dont have time to 50 bucks is well worth it.!!

If you would rather buy from him, then why are you asking for it here?
