got one 150 shipped with valve cover and valvecover bolts. no solenoid but igot two i will throw in one has no oilpressrue sensor and the ohter has it but hte clip is broke aim me skillz1081 also have a bare z6 mani i will throw in for a extra 30 plus shipping
