Here's what I be needing for a D16Z6 with Y8 head:

ARP rod/head bolts
FMIC - capable of 300whp, not beat to hell, and dimensions around 30x6x2.5 or 3 to fit nicely in a crsex
Rods - LS rods are fine, or whatever else supportive of 300whp
