i just bought a resistor box with a set of (4) clips from some guy on Honda-Tech for $15

brand new clips only cost $15-20 generally...$10 is about the going rate

They are the same as OBD0.

its 2 wires per clip...its not even like you need make sure they are all in the same direction (although you should)
