boomslang.com has the complete harness with subharness for vtec and 4 wire o2 sensor for 104 shipped, cheapest i've ever seen.

i'd give that a shot, since kevin says boomslang has them with the 4 wire o2 sensor for 104 shipped, see what kinda deal he can shovel.
