NEED TURBO!!

I'm looking to buy a T3 turbo .60/.48 or .42/.48. I'm willing to spend some good money for a very good used one.

I need a turbo!!! I want it to by very functional and no problems. Internal wastegate set no more than 8psi. Dont offer me any IHI RHB5 turbo's!! Those are way too small for what i'm looking for. Preferably a T3, i will also consider using a 14B or T25...nothing smaller!! let me know if anybody has any extra turbos!!!!
