I need a knock sensor for a D16y7 or y8 A.S.A.P.

how old are you?
the last time i looked the y7 did not have a knock sensor.
better edit,makes ya looklike a dumb ass.

neither my 97dx or 98 dx had a knock sensor

it doesn't have one, but you can easily put one in by removing the cap, anyway...I got one from a y8 for $20

thats kinda of funny that my 2000 y7 block seems to have one, and the other 4 before that.
