I just bought an 86 ranger with a smoky motor. It needs a new motor, but I would rather get a turbo motor from a turbo coupe t-bird, cougar xr-7, mustang svo, or merkur xr4ti. It needs to be a 2.3 turbo. An 86 would be great, but other years will work. Any of those should go right in. I need the engine itself, turbo, all piping, radiator, all electronics and wiring, everything. If someone has a line on parts, or a whole wrecked car with a good motor or something, I would love to hear it. I am in minnesota, but am willing to trailer or ship from about anywhere at this point. i live in indiana and ther ismerkur in a local junk yard that has a small t3/t4 and the guy will sell the car or part it out i had a 87 ranger 4x4 with a turbo coupe motor in it it would hall *** it was turned up to about 19 psi good luck
