I Need A Relatively Inexpensive Laptop.

I need a laptop to run a new tuning program I'm gonna try. It must have a CD-R. The cheaper the better, but it has to work well and the battery has to hold a charge too. LMK what you have. Located in Bellingham, WA 98226. Thanks in advance.
