hf adapter plate

i need an adapter plate for the hf mani . does anyone have one or can tell me where i can buy the ish to make one.

Ive got a HF mani + bmc race plate (has broke bolt in it) + heat shield i'd sell.

what turbo flange do you need? i sell them for $75 shipped for hf-14b and $65 shipped for hf-t2 or t3
