I would buy directly from BMC but the lazy bastard says I have to wait a month...and I don't have a month.

 

I have an adapter that I started making but never finished the bolt patterns. It's 0.75" thick and has a 2.0" hole in the center. You'd have to drill/tap the holes for the manifold/turbo. $5.00 + shipping (just the adapter)
