yea thats a shipped price. No i dont have instructions but the wiring is pretty straight forward; you have +5v in GND map in map out and i think air intake temp in and out. thats how it was wired in my car.

also you may want somone that is familiar with this black box to set it up. The little pot's inside here have been messed with so you may need to set back up the MAP clamp and such.
