my gascap just failed emmisions (89 hatch) was wondering if someomeone has one laying around or can get me one. i have 1 week till i need to go to emmisions with it again.

gas cap fails if it doesnt seal properly (they are worried about gas vapors i think), but really... go to schucks or napa or where ever you go, they are cheap you poor dork

just take them any gas cap, even off a neighbors car. My mom's car failed that part, so i just brought them any old gas cap. I walked into the front office, he hooked it up to a little machine and a couple of seconds later BAM!! I was done, he changed the report, and I skipped out the front door
