Re: flywheel

what brands of??? clutches, im using an act right now just a heavy duty pressure plate and full circle disc. the other wich acted exactly like this on was an exedy. go figure it acted the same though, they were identical clutches except one had a painted pressure plate. it has a milled down stock flywheel in it. i wanted to try a light weight one just for the hell of it. plus i know you can buy these clutch and flywheel combos pretty cheap just not for my car. so what im being told is i cant just get an older integra flywheel and clutch combo and have it fit ?? ???

Re: flywheel

alot of the aftermarket performance clutches will take the power but wear at a faster rate, how are you preping the flywheel and p-plates, i prep with a 120 roloc set up on my dyegrinder, faster breakin period, kevlar and ceramic mixed friction plates hold power good and wear alot better then most of the set ups but the prices also reflect this too, as far as a flywheel if you know anyone that work in a shop that does brake they should have a way turn the rotors just buy a oem fly wheel and turn it on the backside till you get to the weight you want just dont take to much the result are bad real bad
