I have a XS Power wastegate with a 6 and 12lbs spring. I just bought it yesterday but I don't really need it. I had given the guy my word that I'd buy it so I had to. He said it was on his friends integra and worked good. Throw me an offer. I have pics if you wanna see it.

Here is one pic. I don't know if you could tell but its a bit scratched from where, i'm guessing, it hit the hood. I don't really know how to tell if its a 38mm.
