I had 4 DSM 450cc injectors in a zip lock bag. The bag broke and one injector fell, the green plastic cracked. I assume it cant be used anymore right. If so Im looking for one god damn dsm 450cc injector. Thanks

you're right it's junk, sell the set to me for $15 cause no one will sell you one injector

do you mean just the pintle cap broke? was the green plastic on the end that sprays your fuel, or the end you plug you wire into? cause if its just your pintle cap I've always read that it's not a problem and am "running" a set that is missing all 4. (I don't run my car often but that's cause its' illegal as ---- and i have no license.) I also remember someone selling replacement caps for like $5 on egay if it worries you

the green cap act as an insulator from heat.
when the engine is shut off you always have a least one intake valve open.
so the heat left in the cylinder w/ the valve open will cook some of the fuel in the injector.
I you them if the plastic is cracked all the time as long the spray pattern of the injector is not affected then no worries.
