cheap turbo/manifold setup

I am looking for something cheap and ghetto, but functional. I'd like an HF/adapter plate/T25 setup. I want a small turbo that spools fast. need it shipped to MN quickly.

I have a t25 of a 2g GSX. Worked great when pulled for a bigger turbo.
