where can i buy weld els to make a manifold out of, or what else could i use that could withstand the heat?...also, where can i get a b series exhaust flange?

i found the flange for $59 at cheapturbo.com...any cheaper places despite their name (it can't be cheaper than cheapturbo.com lol)
