i also have a set of b series into an ef mounts. nothin special. ebay mounts but worked fine. 50 bucks
also i have a j1 b series cable tranny that wont go into third gear. it needs a shift selecter. or it could have just been my shift linkage with the short shifter combo was crap. idk 300 bucks. real short gears on this tranny
laso have b series in ef shift linkage for sale. 40 bucks plus shipping

Did the motor sit alright with them, or did it sit wierd?

damn. you know what to ask. lol
well im pretty sure they are just a solid rubber and i had them for a good 6-9 months with no problems. i will get pictures of everything as soon as i can. oh and no cracking problems and the motor sat fine. i could still fit my turbo kit in my little ef setup. ill put a pic up right now of how it sat in there.
