Others are selling he351ve turbos for 160.00.I have 10 with from 15000 to 40000 miles on them. They were replaced for soot on ex slides. Can be cleaned easy.

are these pnumaticaly actuated or electonicaly?

They are electronic but if you look on dsmtuners there is a thread about how to switch it to work off boost.

They are electronic but can be locked in any position, Then just use a external wastgate.

I only need the electronic actuator if this is an HE351VE turbo. Most people throw it away and stick a wastgate actuator on it anyway, will you sell it to me?

That completely defeats the entire point of a VGT. If you're going to lock the vanes you should use an HX35 instead.
