$140 for the blue box,
and I dont think the manni is a/c and p/s friendly. (i forget, one may work, but I am pretty sure both wouldnt, or I would have used it on my car)

i dont know if it will fit a/c, so I will just have to say no to be safe (it might, but i dont know) and the downpipe should fit 88-00 ex type models (or regular mani that has a cat after, not in it)
