Tips for buying parts over the internet
Hey ive seen lately that alot of you have been getting ripped off. Here are some of the precautions i take before purshasing items from a seller.
1. get the persons full name, address, city, phone number etc and phone them to be sure its them.
2. make sure communication is kept, if he/she doesnt reply to your emails/phone calls within 24 hours, then it might be a good idea to look somewhere else.
3. if sellers start saying that they were too busy today to take it to get shipped they probably will never do it, so reverse the payment through paypal or go to the bank and cancel the money order.
4. if a deal sounds too good to be true, then it probably is
5. always request a tracking number, this ensures proof that the item was shipped.
6. theres is always COD as well, cash on delivery, where the buyer pays the post office for the item before they can recieve it.
Im sure im forgetting something...
