You need to match the descriptions.

"This is a D16z6 manifold comes as is. it has a b16 throttle body on it, and it was ported to match it. never used after it was ported. comes with fuel rail , injectors,injector wires."

What was the advantage to putting a b16 throttle body on the d16 intake ?

not sure. it came like that with it on it when i bought it. like i said before i never used it. it just been siting here.
