Default Sold! Thanks Again Justin!

OK guys, I have a great little starter set-up for someone wanting to boost their car on the cheap. It's not a complete bolt on turbo kit, you'll need engine management and a few other little things, but this is the bulk of a good solid starter set-up. Here's what it consists of.

1.) 14b=It's in better than good shape. It is super clean and low mile. It was pulled off a 1990 GSX with believe it or not 38k on it! There were some cracks in the hotside like every dsm 14b, but I was able to port most of them out. There is one crack that I couldn't port out but it does NOT go all the way through. There is also another one on the flapper, but it will not effect performance. The turbo was pulled off tonight and before it came off it was at stock boost doing just fine with no issues at all. It's rare to find a 14b with such low miles. The turbo comes with a 7cm gasket, j-pipe gasket, and 02 housing gasket. It also comes with turbo to manifold bolts.

2.) Oil feed/return and coolant feed/return lines=On this one I'm going to leave it up to the buyer. I have the stock feed and return lines and stock coolant feed and return, but I also have a stainless oil feed and stainless oil return line. I'm also including an Earl's inline filter so you can keep your turbo safe and be assured only clean oil is going to it. If you're interested in this set-up just let me know what which set of oil lines you want.

3.) 450cc "black top" injectors=These are out of a 96 GS-T. The car was running great before these were pulled to install upgraded injectors. The upper seals look great and are included. If you need clips, I have those too.

4.) 2G SMIC and piping=This smic is the cleanest you're ever going to see. Minimal bent fins at the most. I also am inluding some pipe bends to get you started on a piping set-up. They may be enough depending on your application and how you run it. Silicone straight and reducer couplers are included along with t-bolts clamps.

5.) Bosch bov=I know the springs go soft in these guys over extended time periods, but this one is fine. It came off my Saab turbo and did just fine at 1bar until I went with a different unit. I was venting it, but it can be recirculated very easily. If you don't want the bov, that's cool. I'm also including a Blitz flange pipe. Included is also an HKS ssqv flange if you want to go that route. If you want a flange for the Bosch bov, I have that too.

6.) Turbo 3" stainless intake=Idoubt your stock intake is going to work if you decided to get this kit, so I figured I'd offer this intake as part of the package. It's a HTS 4 layer silicone reducer coupler that goes to the stainless pipe, and then there's a new Vibrant filter on the end of that. It's very easy to cut this intake to size if need me.

7.) Boxxer MBC=I have 2 of these. I bought this one after I ran the first one for awhile because I was so happy with it. Boost is very precise, it's easy to hook up, it looks good, and it has clicks every rotation so you know where you're at instead of guessing lol.

As far as pricing goes, I'm pretty much open to anything. I definitly would like to sell this as a whole set-up rather than individually, so for now please don't ask if I'll part it out. Here's what I came up with for pricing.

-14b with turbo bolts, j-pipe, and gaskets $130
-Stock oil feed/return and stock coolant feed/return $20 add $40 for stainless feed/return and Earl's filter
-450's $50
-MBC $40
-SMIC, piping, couplers, t-bolts $80
-Bosch BOV, HKS flange, or Blitz flange pipe $20 for either one
-3" intake with Vibrant filter $40

Add that up and it's $360 with stock feed/return or $400 with stainless oil lines and Earl's feedline filter and AN fitting.
I'd be willing to sell it without the intake or Bosch bov, hks flange, or Blitz pipe, so $300 with stock oil lines or $340 with stainless feed lines.
If you want to take all of it I'll do $400 shipped.
Shipping is going to be around $50 on this set-up. IMO that's a great deal for just about everything you need to get some boost under your hood. ON to the pictures.

There's the full view of the 14b. There is a dent in the wastegate actuator, but it's not visisble at all once installed. The actuator had some rust, so I hit it with the wire wheel a little and then sprayed it with protectant so it won't rust again. As you can see it's one clean *** 14b.

There's the hotside. I unhooked the actuator arm and let the flapper come open a little so everyone could see the minor crack in the flapper. Gotta keep things totally honest lol. Again, this will not effect performance in any way. I felt this turbo boosting solidly less than 12hrs ago.

I hit the inlet with the carbide bit a little to try and get the tiny cracks out. It got all of them except the one seen, it doesn't go through either, so it is a non-issue. While I was in there with the carbide bit I decided to keep porting and did a full step of the hotside. That eliminates the retarded ledge that 14b's have on the top of the inlet. Definitly a way more free flowing turbo now.

Boxxer MBC. Good ----. The best mbc I've ever used. Better than Hallman IMO.

Piping and new silicone couplers and t-bolts. I am including way more t-bolt clamps than the 4 pictured.

Intake. All brand new. Definitly a nice addition to a turbo set-up. A hard intake and cone filter will make your bov louder and your turbo spool louder. Hey why not?

Well that's pretty much it. I'm more than willing to answer any of your questions either AIM (twogee6) or pm me and I'll reply asap. I apologize for the long *** thread, but I really want to make sure people get a good look and know exactly what they're buying before they do. I have plenty of vouches on here, but feel free to check out my ebay feedback too. My screename is: booty91gst. Remember, the kit is available without the BOV or intake or both, and there's also a $40 difference if you want the stainless lines and Earl's filter. If you want everything listed I'll do $400 shipped USPS priority anywhere in the US. I'm open to offers or possibly selling the kit without some of the parts, but again, I'M NOT PARTING OUT AT THIS POINT IN TIME! I'm located in Bellingham, WA. OMG thank-you for looking. Peace.

Oh yeah, if someone buys the whole kit I'm also throwing in a massively ported o2 housing for the 14b and gasket for the downpipe. Thanks.

OK well so far lots of interest, but nothing solid. In order to speed this along I'm also including a VDO boost gauge. All you'll need is an exhaust manifold, a downpipe (I can include a stock dsm downpipe if need be), and some sort of engine or fuel management. So $400+$180 for manifold, fmu, and downpipe=$580 to get your car boosted. All of these parts are new or in pristine condition and are gauranteed to work flawlessly. Hurry up and buy!

AHAHAHAHAH how'd you guess? No man, I'm just trying to help out other forum members. If I list anything anywhere besides the few forums I'm a regular on I ask top dollar. I started an auction for the turbo kit on ebay because I didn't get any paying buyers on it, but I set the reserve at $400 and the BIN at $520. To me $400 shipped is good enough though, and apparently so do a lot of other guys, but their checkbooks can't handle a big purchase right now. Totally understandable. Thanks for the vouch btw CS, with your name in the thread people can see for themselves I do a good job at selling stuff, and no they're not from some poor bastards car that got stolen rofl.
