That is the lens adapter and hood. Great for daytime pictures so you don't have the spots the sun makes. You an put wide angle adapters, fish eye adapters, lens doubler's and more on there. Its a very nice camera, I just bought a Canon Rebel XTi with a bunch of accessories tonight and walked out the door at $1186 and change so thats why its up for grabs.

osolo I'd rather not really, I'm gonna use the money from this camera to help pay for the camera I got last night. Its a Canon Rebel XTi with a bunch of cool accessories...Not cheap though!

But I so want a Nikon Digi SLR to match all my other accesorries. I'll see what the wife say as she mainly wants it.

You have any pix you took with it for reference? Im looking for an slr also, but All I really want is to be able to take niceass ------- macro shots. Itll only be used for my saltwater tank pictures, so I need to be able to get very small coral into pictures with huge detail.

Ya its actually got a really good macro setting, and even has "super macro"....Here is a picture of a 40cal bullet, I could have gotten closer if i had wanted to:

damn...nice macro. Doesn't even distort although it's hard to tell in photos like that...

My pos 2.1mp ($210 on sale for 170 years ago...) is a really big pile. Want something nicer....
