Yeah, well my VAFC hasnt showed up and he has not responded to any emails or PMs since I sent the money so Im not feeling too good about the whole deal.

If somone wanted to go ahead and stop by and pick up my VAFC that would be just great.

Its a bit much of a drive for me.

that is the correct number. his mom picked up the phone lol. He says his grandma passed on but he'll ship this weekend.
ill give him another chance. oh and i looked him up on honda-tech and he was banned in december.. try looking him up in any other honda sites you guys might go to.

Did he post pictures? Do you guys know for sure he has the parts? ---- man, everything is shady about this. Lives with his parents means he's a youngster who probably hasn't realized that scamming people is bad juju. Someone definitly needs to go over there and teach him a lesson. The fact that you know where he lives is huge though. You could also call the cops as a last resort. If nothing else works, sending the pigs over there will possibly scare him into at least sending your guys' money back and parts back. 11 post though, you guys should have known better. Start the paypal complaints asap because I gaurantee it'll just be excuse after excuse with him until he ends up just breaking contact. I've been scammed twice and both times I haven't got ---- back from it. That's why I never trade unless they ship first or are a WELL established member, and I certainly never send any $ out unless they're well known or use paypal and are confirmed. DIAF SCAMMERS! I have to freinds that i know that live about 30 minutes away from this guy. I also like to get people he knows involved (like his mom) hopeing she might make him do the right thing. If all else fails i can call the cops and say he has stolen goods at his house that belong to me..
I kinda knew this guy was shady with only 11 posts but i knew i had people that live close by as well. so i took my chances.

I had had good luck with HMT members, but yeah, the 11 post count should have been a good indication. Again, live and learn, but I hate having to buy the same thing twice.
