It is for a B-series, and will fit any 96-00 Civic w/ a B-series swap. This ia a full kit, not a half *** kit. I will include everything you need to bolt the turbo to your car. The only thing you will have to do is tap your oil pan. I'm not parting out the kit, so don't ask. This is what be included in the kit,
-Precision GT32E turbo
-injectors
-ERL turbo mani.
-Tail 38mm wastegate, w/dump pipe
-Turbonetics BOV
-FMIC, and ALL piping, clamps
-Complete 3" exhaust from downpipe back
-downpipe
-return and feed oil lines

It was pulled from my B20 Vtec, which I still have. I want to go K20 so this has to go, so if you have a k20 swap I'll trade my motor and turbo for it. Might consider other trades I'm asking $2600 OBO + shipping($150) or you can pick-up. Don't really care what anyone thinks about the kit, all I care about is if you have the cash.
